Join us at the beautiful, lakefront Oconomowoc Community Center for CNU Wisconsin’s Annual Meeting. This event is the perfect opportunity to meet board members and other urbanists from across the state. Chapter president, Chris McCahill, will reflect on the current momentum within the organization and opportunities in the year ahead. Then Bob Duffy and Kristi Weber from the City of Oconomowoc will highlight what makes the community a special place to live, work and play. Following lunch, attendees will explore the downtown and socialize. Early bird rates end March 20 and registration closes on March 31.

FEATURED SPEAKERS

Chris McCahill, PhD, is the president of CNU Wisconsin, leads the State Smart Transportation Initiative at UW-Madison, and serves on the Transportation Commission and the Transportation Policy and Planning Board for the City of Madison. He studied transportation engineering with CNU Fellow Norman Garrick at the University of Connecticut and now works to advance urban transportation and land use policies across the U.S.

Bob Duffy is the Economic Development Director for the City of Oconomowoc, where his focus includes downtown revitalization, business expansion and retention, and the Pabst Farms development project. He has also served as the Hortonville Village Administrator and held planning positions at the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission and the Menominee Indian Nation.

Kristi Weber, APA, Assoc. AIA, CNUa, is a Planner and Community Development Specialist for the City of Oconomowoc. A graduate of UW-Milwaukee, she has also held positions as a Neighborhood Development Specialist with the City of Sheboygan and as an Assistant Planner with the planning and design firm, GRAEF.
